I will check out your request and either ask some questions about the idea or directly send you a price for starting the commission (incl. paypal.me link).

If you accept the offer and have paid in full, I will start working on a sketch as soon as I can (I will try to give a rough estimate, but keep in mind that it could take a while).

I will send you at least one sketch for approval, and of course you can request any changes at this point. Note that some changes might not be doable in a reasonable amount of time, but I will do my best that both of us feel comfortable with the result.

After the sketch is approved, I will start working on the final illustration. Only very minor changes (like color adjustments or small details) can be made at this point.

I will send you the finished illustration in full resolution as a .PNG file with no signature or watermark on the piece (unless you want it signed, of course).

I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.

All prices listed are base prices per character. I will send you the final price (based on complexity of the request) after reviewing your request.

Payment method is PayPal only and in EUR.

Commissions will be started only after full payment has been made.

By commissioning me and making the payment through PayPal, you are agreeing that the charges are final. There are no charge-backs.

There is no guaranteed time frame for starting on or finishing a commission, only estimates.

I will send you the finished sketch for approval and for requesting any adjustments you would like. It is up to me whether I make any adjustments.

The completed artwork is delivered as a digital file in PNG format via email. No source files will be delivered. No physical goods will be delivered.

I may upload the finished work to any of my pages, use it as a sample, live stream the art process and upload time lapses of it.

You may display the finished work on any platform as long as you credit me as the creator.

Commissions are for private use only. If you want to use the art for commercial purposes (e.g. book cover, merchandise, social media platforms that generate monetary profit like twitch, youtube or patreon) you have to mention that in the commission request and additional fees will apply. Stream Asset commissions already include commercial rights and will not cost extra.

If a commission is cancelled before I started any work on it, I will refund the full price.

If I have started working on a commission and before the sketch has been approved by the commissioner, I will refund 50% of the total price.

After the commissioner has approved the sketch, there will be no refunds for cancelling the commission for any reason.

If I am unable to complete a commission, I will refund the full price.

Upon receiving the completed artwork, commissioners have no right to request a refund or file a charge-back against the artist under any circumstances.

By commissioning me and sending any payment, you agree to all terms and conditions on this page.

A violation of these terms will lead to me discontinuing work on the commission and no refunds will be provided in such a case.

Any costs resulting from a commissioner's violation of the terms and conditions (e.g. PayPal dispute) are to be covered by the commissioner.

I am not liable for anything that happens with the artwork after the completed work has been delivered to the commissioner, including the commissioner's use of the art and the loss of files.
